Are you stumped at how to pronounce Latin words? In this short interactive presentation, Stephanie will share tips for pronouncing those pesky Latin botanical names of your favorite cactus and succulents as well as review commonly used Latin plant words. These skills will come in handy when talking to your fellow CACSS members and are sure to impress your friends and family.

Stephanie Halcrow is passionate about sharing her love of gardening. She does this through hands-on educational classes to include her highly sought-after class Succulents for Small Spaces. Because succulents thrive under stress, Stephanie believes succulents are the gateway plant to gardening. Stephanie is a Master Gardener in both Virginia and Arizona engaging the community at libraries, churches, community centers, Home Shows, and even the U.S. Botanical Garden in Washington D.C.
